Ask me about my time at P&G!
During my co-op last fall, I had the honor of working on the family care design team, focusing on the brands Bounty, Charmin, and Puffs.
As part of the Family Care Design Studio, I took part part in creating irresistible consumer experiences, products, and packaging to better care for consumers, their families, and their homes. Diving deep on understanding consumer needs, problems to solve, along with developing an eye for pattern, textures, colors, prints and textiles, as well as leveraging a variety of trends – socio-cultural, design, home, and skin.
Although my team was relatively small, I had the privilege to meet and explore all of the other P&G business units and deeply understand their innovation strategies which I then delivered to my team by hosting three separate innovation workshops. Beyond that, I had the opportunity to lead meaningful work that involved balancing five separate individually led projects, partnering with multi-functional teammates (Marketers, Engineers, and Researchers), and leveraging my design thinking skills to help solve business challenges and innovate on future technology and solutions.
